Ellen is the 28th calendar girl of the popular sexy calendar since it was first launched in 1988 and will be joining the likes of Aubrey Miles (2003), Angelica Panganiban (2007), Anne Curtis (2011), Solenn Heussaff (2012), Georgina Wilson (2013), and the only two-time Ginebra calendar girl, Marian Rivera (2009 and 2014).

She is also featured as a temptress in the music video for “Ikot”, the latest single of Ely Buendia’s rockabilly supergroup, The Oktaves.

Directed by the legendary musician Ely Buendia, the video features the song’s lead singer, Chris Padilla (also of Hilera), hogtied as Ellen in dominatrix mode seduces him. A highlight of the video shows Ellen drinking what looks like vodka straight from the bottle before dripping it from her mouth into the nose down of the lower part of Padilla’s face. That was before the two engage in some torrid kissing as the song and the video nears its end.

Adarna said she does not regret doing the sexy photo shoot.

“I felt violated but I got over it… Unfortunately, (expletive) happens and someone didn’t do their job, someone was unprofessional. Hindi ako ang may kasalanan,” Ellen said of the incident. “If anything, I learned na dapat careful na next time.”

Last month, she was also recognized by the Actors Guild and Film Academy of the Philippines for her performance as a recovering drug addict in Gil M. Portes’ “Ang Tag-Araw ni Twinkle”.
