Katy Perry brought some fireworks during the Pepsi Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show at University of Phoenix Stadium on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona.

Perry opened her 13-minute show with ‘Roar’, riding into the stadium on a mechanical lion. The stage transformed into a 3d chessboard as she sings ‘Dark Horse’. She danced with pals in shark costumes. She performed a medley of her biggest hits ‘I Kissed A girl’ which was given a glammy stomp by Lenny Kravitz’s guitar, followed by ‘Teenage Dream’ and ‘California Girls’.

She also brought out her special guest Missy Elliot who performed “Work It” and a snippet of the Les Rythmes Digitales-sampling “Lose Control”.
Perry ended her performance with her hit Firework, lifted 50 feet off the ground by a mechanical contraption, soaring around the University of Phoenix Stadium while straddling a shooting star complete with pyrotechnics.
