The NBA kicked off its 2014 season Tuesday night, and taking the court was Filipino-American Jordan Clarkson of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Clarkson made history as the first Filipino-American in 32 years to play in the NBA. He scored 8 points off the bench.
The game also marked the first time former Laker Dwight Howard faced the comebacking Kobe Bryant since the former left the Lakers for the Rockets.
