University of the Philippines retained their crown in the UAAP season 77 Streetdance Competition on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
UP Streetdance Club garnered 178 points to cop the P120,000 prize. They incorporated Filipino games such as patintero, luksong tinik, and pike into their dance routine in their aim to create awareness for Filipino games and help preserve the Filipino culture.

Meanwhile, Company of Ateneo Dancers got 167.3 points to earn the second spot dancing to a catchy mix of hip hop and electronic dance music.
Two-time street dance titlist La Salle Dance Company-Street earned 167 points for the third place with an impressive Backstreet Boys-themed show.
The Adamson University’s CAST finished fourth with 160.4 points followed by FEU Dance Company with 151.3 points, UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe with 143.7 points, UE with 137 points, and NU with 126.5 points.
