Aljohn Santuyo posted a video on Facebook of a female employee in Philpost who told him that the tax for his $300 worth parcel would be 3,097 pesos.
The woman told him that if he would come later he would get a discount but not an official receipt. A week later the guy went back and was required to pay only 1, 400 pesos.
What is weird is that he only got an acknowledgement receipt worth only a 100 pesos.
This event suggests that the Philpost employee is getting 1400 pesos as a kickback from taxes paid.
