Binibining Pilipinas International 2014 Bianca Guidotti failed to reciprocate the success of our very own Bea Rose Santiago who was crowned Miss International 2013.
Guidotti did not make it to the semi-final round in this year’s Miss International pageant held in Japan.
The ten finalists of Miss International 2014 came from Thailand, United Kingdom, Finland, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Indonesia, Argentina and Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico’s Valerie Hernandez was declared as the 2014 Miss International during the pageant’s coronation night held at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan. Miss Colombia, Zuleika Suarez was declared 1st Runner up, Miss Thailand, Punika Kulsoontornrut, 2nd Runner up
Miss United Kingdom, Victoria Tooby 3rd Runner up and Miss Finland, Milla Romppanen 4th Runner up.
The Philippines currently has five Miss International winners. This is the first time in six years that a Philippine candidate did not make it in the Miss International’s top 10.
