Unfortunately not all leaders are born to be leaders. Here we shall be watching the top 10 dictators of all time. From one who spent a third of the national budget on his simple coronation, and practising cannibalism, to another who ate 600 oysters a week and forbade people from having cars, we will meet them all here!

Another who committed incest with his sisters, and another one who forbade ballet and opera, while declaring a national holiday in honour of melons! Some are rather silly in their own ways, but nonetheless, even though they are unbelievable, they are true!
