A snap shot of photo of men pointing guns at a vehicle along EDSA are making rounds online, but details of the what happened at that time have yet to surface.
The witness who took the photo stated that it happened along Edsa at around 2:45 pm, just near San Juan going to Ortigas on Monday.
The witness took a snapshot but left the scene immediately out of fear.
“I thought it was just traffic and I went a little bit out…I wasn’t sure what was happening but I went on ahead,” the girl said in a phone interview according to report. She noted that all other vehicles just passed by, probably out of fear of being involved.
“I’m honestly not sure what happened. But I know there are guns and they cornered one car,” she said. She added there was also a man riding a motorcycle.
A Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Metrobase officer, who requested anonymity, told media source over the phone that reports reached their office that a closed van collided with a Hi-Ace van between Edsa-Ortigas and Santolan.
Meanwhile, a Mandaluyong City Police officer said the incident reached their office but when responding policemen went to Edsa, the traffic altercation reportedly had been settled.
