Heart Evangelista is now engaged to Senator Chiz Escudero.
The announcement was made via social media. An Instagram post has been circulating online came from an Indonesian make-up artist Albert Kurniawan on Friday.
The Instagram post said: “Congrats Heart and Chiz…yey.. they re engaged na 🙂 #heartandchiz #heartevangelista @iamhearte @iamchize”

The marriage proposal from Senator Escudero happened in Sorsogon, where he had served as congressman. Heart was on a holiday trip in the province over the past few days.
In 2012, Chiz confirmed his annulment from his ex-wife Cristina after separating in 2011. The couple has twin girls born in 2007.
Chiz will be turning 45 in October, while Heart turned 29 last February.
