LOOK BACK: Google’s Mind Blowing ‘Year In Search 2014’ Video Might Make You Cry

Google‘s Year In Search video for 2014 highlights some of the world’s most popular searches of the year, set to Porter Robinson’s uplifting electronica jam “Divinity”.

In the video, Google asks: “In 2014 we searched trillions of times. What do these searches say about us?” It ends with these two words: “Search on.”

The nearly 2-minute video features everything from Malala Yousafzai receiving the Nobel Peace Prize to “House Of Cards” to the Ebola crisis.

The video also honors some of the people we lost in 2014, including Joan Rivers, Maya Angelou and Robin Williams. Missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, Ebola scare and the viral phenomenon Ice Bucket Challenge also top the list of global trending searches.
