These shows became the trending topic online even before they were officially announced, and before they dominate the ratings and conquer primetime, let us know which of these six exciting shows are you most excited for and deserves the most hype!

6 Kapamilya Teleseryes, Which One Will You Watch Out For?

1. Pangako Sa’yo

The remake of the 2000 series that originally starred Kristine Hermosa and Jericho Rosales will debut on Primetime Bida on May 25, this time with superstars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla taking on the iconic roles of Yna and Angelo.

Joining them are Jodi Sta. Maria and Angelica Panganiban, who will portray bitter rivals Amor and Claudia, with Ian Veneracion as the man caught between them, Eduardo.

“Pangako Sa ‘Yo” is helmed by Olivia Lamasan with co-directors Rory Quintos and Dado Lumibao. It is produced by Star Creatives, the same team behind “The Legal Wife” and “Forevermore,” which it will replace.

2. Pasion de Amor

An adaptation of the Colombian televonela “Pasion da Gavilanes,” this romance-drama sees Jake Cuenca, Ejay Falcon and Joseph Marco as brothers who set out to avenge the death of their sister. They do this by making the daughters of a rival family — played by Arci Munoz, Ellen Adarna and Coleen Garcia — fall in love with them. Its premiere date has yet to be announced.

3. On The Wings of Love

This Dreamscape production, which is partly set in San Francisco, stars James Reid and Nadine Lustre as Filipino workers who are forced to marry to be allowed to stay in the United States. Helmed by “That Thing Called Tadhana” director Antoinette Jadaone, it also stars Cherry Pie Picache, Joel Torre and Nanette Inventor. Its premiere date has yet to be announced.

4. Someone To Watch Over Me

Starring Judy Ann Santos and Richard Yap, this series will be a mix of action, comedy and romance, according to the lead actor. Santos plays an NBI agent who, while on the job, meets a business tycoon portrayed by Yap. Cast members also include Diether Ocampo, Eddie Garcia and Tirso Cruz III. Also produced by Dreamscape, “Someone to Watch Over Me” will be directed by Onat Diaz and Trina Dayrit. Its premiere date has yet to be announced.

5. And I Love You So

A drama about “family, friendship, love and betrayal,” this Dreamscape production will see the first team-up of Julia Barretto, Miles Ocampo and Inigo Pascual. To be directed by Don Cuaresma, it will also star Dante Rivero, Angel Aquino, Dimples Romana, Bing Loyzaga, Raymond Bagatsing, Luke Jickain and Jay Manalo. Its premiere date has yet to be announced.

6. Ang Probinsyano

Co-produced by FPJ Productions and Dreamscape, this action series sees Coco Martin as the titular provincial cop originally portrayed by the late Fernando Poe, Jr. in the 1997 film. Joining Martin in the cast are Jaime Fabregas, Albert Martinez, Angeline Quinto, Arjo Atayde and new Kapamilya star Bela Padilla. Its premiere date has yet to be announced.
