In fact here we are going to see some of the most bizarre people on earth – people who completely stand out by how they act and what they do, or because of the way they look.
Here we are going to see some of the strangest cases, such as a man who never sleeps, one who has made an airport his home, and another one man who gave birth to his brother after 36 years.

1. Man Who Hasn’t Slept For 33 Years!
In the Trung Ha village in Vietnam lives a farmer named Thai Ngoc who has gained recognition all over the world for being unable to sleep. According to the Vietnamese news organization, Thai Ngoc who is also known as Hai Ngoc has been unable to sleep for over 33 years now. Literally what this means is that for over three decades, Thai Ngoc has been awake without closing his eyes for a second to get some sleep.
2. Pregnant Man Who Gave Birth To His Brother After 36 years
Sanjay Kumar, also known as Sanju Bhagat, of Nagpur, India carried his parasitic twin for 36 years. He always felt self-conscious about his swollen belly.
One night, in June 1999, the mystery inside his stomach was solved when his problem grew painful and serious. He was unable to breathe.
The 36 year old farmer was rushed to the hospital. The doctors suspected a big tumor inside and decided to do the required treatment and remove the thing from his stomach.

3. Shoichi Yokoi, the Japanese soldier who held out in Guam
For most of the 28 years that Shoichi Yokoi, a lance corporal in the Japanese Army of world War II, was hiding in the jungles of Guam, he firmly believed his former comrades would one day return for him.
And even when he was eventually discovered by local hunters on the Pacific island, on 24 January 1972, the 57-year-old former soldier still clung to the notion that his life was in danger.
4. Merhan Karimi Nasseri who lives at Charles de Gaulle airport, France, since 1988
Mehran Karimi Nasseri, also known as Sir, Alfred Mehran is an Iranian refugee who has been living in the departure lounge of Terminal One in Charles de Gaulle Airport since August 8, 1988. After he was later imprisoned, tortured and expelled from his country, he applied for asylum in many European countries without luck. – source
5. Mitsuo: a japanese Jesus Christ
Matayoshi Mitsuo is an eccentric Japanese politician with the conviction that he is the God and Christ.According to his program, he will do the Last Judgement as the Christ but the way to do this is totally within the current political system and its legitimacy.
6. Bihari: most officially dead person
In Uttar Pradesh, one diehard has exposed the practice of killing people on paper to take over their land.
In 1975, Lal Bihari went to Revenue office in district headquarters, Azamgarh to get an Identity Proof. He was in for a rather rude shock! Officially he was dead in the Government records.

7. Icke: our salvation from Reptilian Humanoids
David Icke, is a former professional football player, BBC television sports presenter, and British Green Party national spokesperson. Since 1990, he has been what he calls a “full-time investigator into who and what is really controlling the world.”: reptilians.
8. Hairiest Girl: Thai girl Supatra Sasuphan sets world record
Supatra Sasuphan has told of her delight at being named the ‘World’s Hairiest Girl.’ She has been teased her entire life by other children calling her “monkey face” and “wolf girl”, but now the 11-year-old has been given a Guinness World Record and she says it has helped her become extremely popular at school.
9. Lotito: mister eat-it-all
Michel Lotito (June 15, 1950 – June 25, 2007 was a French entertainer, born in Grenoble, famous for deliberately consuming indigestible objects. He came to be known as Monsieur Mangetout (“Mr Eat-All”).
His performances involved the consumption of metal, glass, rubber and other materials. He disassembled, cut-up, and consumed bicycles, shopping carts, televisions, a Cessna 150, and other items. The Cessna 150 took roughly two years to be “eaten”, from 1978 to 1980. He began eating unusual material as a teenager around 16 years of age and performed publicly from 1966.
10. Ram Singh Chauhan Hasn’t Cut His 14-Foot Long Stache In 32 Years
Ram Singh Chauhan, from India, is the proud owner of the world’s largest mustache, which is officially 4.29 meters long. Ram spends an hour every day cleaning and combing his mustache. He claims that he massages and oils it on a regular basis and then washes it every 10 days.
