Someone pass us the tissues — again please.
A boy who has always wanted to be a UPS driver gets his wish in a big little way.
Little boys having an obsession with trucks is common, but one 4-year-old in Colorado Springs took it to a new level.
Carson Kight became such a fan of his local UPS delivery man, who he calls Mr. Ernie, that the company decided to give him a truck of his own.
I love this story and the fact that UPS honored the special friendship by allowing Mr. Ernie to take his time with Carson when he would deliver packages. So many companies are more concerned about the money they could get and forget about building long lasting relationships with their customers. Mr. Ernie is awesome, Carson is adorable and UPS rocks!!!!
It feels good to see children looking up to good people. We talk so much about the professionals — doctors and lawyers and business men but we always forget about the others. Blue collared individuals who make a honest living providing everyday services that make our lives just a little easier.
