How Did Xian Lim Invite Kim Chiu To Be His Star Magic Ball Date?

Kim Chiu took to Instagram to announce that she would not be attending this year’s Star Magic Ball without a date.

After winning the Fabulous Pair Award last year, Kim Chiu and Xian Lim will be attending the annual grand reunion of Kapamilya stars together again.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News on September 1, Kim thought that she will be attending the ball all by herself since Xian has not made his invitation yet. However, on September 2, Xian made a big surprise invitation for her.

In the photo uploaded by Kim on Instagram, Xian was seen carrying a bouquet of flowers while being accompanied by two guys carrying the “Will You Be My Date” placard. She wrote a caption: “never fails to surprise….hihi salamat!”

Xian has planned to to surprise Kim in a very special way. “I always think of something special. Kim is a special girl so she deserves something na special invitation. Hindi lang basta ‘Tara punta tayo,’” he said.
