MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino has released on Saturday the official line-up of this year’s entries to the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival.

The Unkabogable Comedian Vice Ganda teams up for the first time with Coco Martin in ‘Beauty and the Bestie’ while Kris Aquino and former boyfriend QC Mayor Herbert Bautista will also be working for the first time in Star Cinema’s Mr and Mrs Split.

Kapamilya teen stars Janella Salvador, Jerome Ponce and Marlo Martel, who were all part of the phenomenal daytime TV series ‘Be Careful With My Heart’, will make their debut on the big screen in a horror movie, “Haunted Mansion’. Another horror film on the list is ‘Nilalang’ which stars Robin Padilla and Japanese porn star Maria Ozawa.

Veteran comedian and host Vic Sotto reunites with returning Kapuso and Queen of Comedy Ai Ai delas Alas in ‘Romcom-in Mo Ako’ under Octoarts Films, MZET Productions and APT Ent. Inc.

All eight entries will open in cinemas on December 25, Christmas Day.
