BTS Drops ‘Butter’ Music Video

K-pop superstars and Grammy nominee BTS made their much-awaited comeback on May 21, releasing “Butter,” their second English track after their global hit “Dynamite” last August.

“Butter” sets a new record with 10 million views on YouTube in just 13 minutes upon release on Friday. BTS also hits all time record on YouTube as the most viewed music video in the first 24 hours of release garnering108.2 million views in the first 24 hours of release.

BTS now occupy the top two slots on YouTube’s All-Time Top 24-Hour Music Debuts list, the other is Dynamite, getting 101 million views.

“Butter” has also officially made history on Spotify, breaking the biggest single day record on Spotify history, generating 11.042 million global Spotify streams on the day of its release last Friday.

“Butter” was written by Rob Grimaldi, Stephen Kirk (vocal production), Alex Bilowitz, Sebastian Garcia, Ron Perry, RM and Jenna Andrews.
