ASUS ZenFone 5 Series Update: Zenfone 5 Series 2018 What To Expect?

Smartphone giant, ASUS unveiled the new age of intelligent phone with the launch of the all-new ZenFone series at the 2018 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain.

The fifth generation of ASUS ZenFone units boasts a brand new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology with enhanced full screen designs, industry-leading Qualcomm processors, including dual camera systems- rear and front camera.

Jerry Shen, ASUS CEO introduced the lineup of intelligent phones consist of ZenFone 5Z and the ZenFone 5, striking high-performance 6.2inch dual camera smartphones, the very first-ever ZenFone units to tackle the extra-ordinary performance and power of artificial intelligence (AI). These smartphones boast the brand’s first-ever 19:9 all- screen displays with unbelievable 90% screen-to-body ratio in a compact size which can which is comparable to a regular 5.5-inch smartphone.

The ZenFone 5Z is a high-performance version of the ZenFone 5, powered by the latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Artificial Intelligence Engine (AIE), carrying 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM.

Meanwhile, the ZenFone 5 is the first smartphone available worldwide to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Mobile Platform. It is a stylish 6-inch smartphone featuring the world’s first globally-announced true quad-camera system with fully independent high-resolution and wide-angle cameras in both front and rear.

ZenFone 5 Lite on the other hand is a 6-inch smartphone that features the world’s first globally-announced true four-camera system with a 120-degree wide-angle camera at both front and rear. The device features Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset.
