20th Century Fox has debuted the official trailer of “Paper Towns” starring Nat Wolff and Cara Delevingne, adapted from John Green’s bestselling book of the same name.
The story centers around Quentin (Wolff), who falls for the girl next door, Margo (Delevingne). They grew up together, but by their senior year of high school they barely speak — until one night when Margo appears at his bedroom window and enlists him in a campaign to get revenge on those who’ve hurt her. The next day, she disappears and he must to decipher clues to try and find her.
“Paper Towns” is Delevingne’s first major film role while Wolff appeared in “The Fault in Our Stars” as Augustus’ best friend, Isaac.
Adapted from the bestselling novel by author John Green (“The Fault in Our Stars”), PAPER TOWNS is a coming-of-age story centering on Quentin and his enigmatic neighbor Margo, who loved mysteries so much she became one. After taking him on an all-night adventure through their hometown, Margo suddenly disappears–leaving behind cryptic clues for Quentin to decipher. The search leads Quentin and his quick-witted friends on an exhilarating adventure that is equal parts hilarious and moving. Ultimately, to track down Margo, Quentin must find a deeper understanding of true friendship–and true love.
Directed by Jake Schreier, “Paper Towns” hits theaters July 24.
