LOOK: KC Concepcion On The Charlie Hebdo's Attack In Paris

My heart continues to go out to my beloved second home, Paris, a place & people whom I deeply cherish. Prayers up to the families & loved ones of the Charlie staff who were left behind. Both heartbreaking & uplifting to see the city/country come together in such a manner as this. Such evidence of brokenness, displaced intolerance, outright violence & unjustified vengeance is heartwrenching. To see such an outrage & uprising from society, though, is encouraging; A reminder to us all perhaps, that there is an option, still, to respect our differences while we protect our freedom in expressing our views. There is an option, still, to value our freedom to love & let live. There is an option, still, to exercise our freedom & ability to choose our battles wisely, for the greater good. In all things, in all our days, may we choose to approach things for the sake of the greater good. Each of us has a silent battle to fight, a moving story to tell. May all things we do ultimately be in love. God bless the human race. Et Paris, je t’aime un peu, beaucoup, passionement, à la folio.
