It is not thought that anyone was harmed but Bieber took to Twitter to attack the man for driving “recklessly”.

“I don’t have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger,” he wrote in his Twitter account.

“There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana …”

People from around the world mourned at Princess Diana’s death at the Paris tunnel where she was killed in a car crash in 1997. It was a day that sparked a world in mourning.

Meanwhile, the baby singer’s lawyers reached a plea deal where the 20-year-old agreed to donate £30,000 to charity and attend a 12-hour anger management course.
