Here’s a treat for all the hopeless romantics. Nicholas Sparks’ best selling novel ‘The Best of Me‘ gets a big screen adaptation and Relativity Media has already debuted the trailer of the movie.
Just make sure you have your tear ducts and tissues ready.
Directed by Michael Hoffman, The Best of Me stars James Marsden who plays Dawson and Michelle Monaghan who plays Amanda. It’s a story of high school sweethearts reunited 20 years after they split since Amanda’s father disapproves their relationship. Liana Liberto and Luke Bracey will do the flashback scenes as young Amanda and Dawson respectively.

Paul Walker was originally cast in the role of Dawson. However, his untimely and tragic death meant a recasting had to happen.
The film is set to be released on October 17.
