Alden, Maine and Kapuso Stars Dominate 47th Box Office Entertainment Awards of Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation

Phenomenal loveteam Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza and several Kapuso stars dominated this year’s Box Office Entertainment Awards of Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

Alden won Breakthrough Male Star of Philippine Movies and TV Breakthrough Recording/Performing Artist while Maine won Breakthrough Female Star of Philippine Movies and TV and Most Promising Female Star.

Their first big screen project “My Bebe Love #KiligPaMore” also bagged several awards including Box Office King, Box Office Queen and Highest Opening Day Gross of All Time.

Jennylyn Mercado and Jericho Rosales won major acting awards for their movie, #WalangForever.

Kapamilya loveteams KathNiel and JaDine also won awards as Prince and Princess of Philippine Movie and Television respectively and LizQuen won Most Popular Primetime Drama (Forevermore).

The awards night will be held on April 17 (Sunday) at the Kia Theater Araneta Center in Quezon City.
